Is it still possible to log for example from a US ip using a random proxy, onto a Turkish ip. It's just meant for logging the account once, is it possible to pass the login server with the proxy?

Yes its possible, but its going to hard finding a proxy that channels that kind of traffic, they are seriously rare. Even if you do find one then most likely its already dead.

Just remember that the normal proxys out there do not channel this kind of packets.
