since its k2, it can from 2 days up to never.

As they said in their forums , its should be minimum 48hours if its take more then 72hours then send a ticket.

It takes 48 business hours to get your stuff. If you do an event on Friday, dont expect it til next Tuesday. If you do it on Thursday, dont expect it til the following Monday, maybe still tuesday if it was a late night event. Hope this helps
