Region login problem

try to login it says "due to high volume non prem members cannot log in at this time" im prem so i knwo its not that, someoen said it was the region, and i couldnt find the topic wher they talked about gettied past it, cause it wont let me change the region from website manually, just stays the same no matter how many times i try to switch it, halp? h34r:

btw its just prem, u cant change region if ur non prem >.> so this topic can be closed.
