Fraps gives virus warning?

I am using Antivir as an antivirus program and whenever i restart my PC or try to launch Fraps i get this message :


The warning window pops several times after i press ignore and the application finally launches.
Following the "virus info" link it takes me to a web page that where its stated that there is no match matching with the virus search criteria indicated by Antivir.
Anyone know how can i stop this? and if this "unusual runtime compression tool is something i must be afraid of?

stop antivir or remove fraps :P
