reseting pw

www.knightonlineworld.com ---> forgot pass ----> i enter ID and e-mail ---> enter secret answer ---> enter new desired pw ----> and it says reset failed , you can use only A-Z 0-9 etc
Question is wtf ?

Actually to fix this, you have to use _ (Underscore) in your pw.
