need help with removing Trojan horse

today i ran AVG scan for the first time in a feew months coz i thought my comp was running way too slow..

anyway it found a trojan in my volume control

anyone know how to delete it ? AVG isnt really helping x(

try one of the keylogger / trojan killing programs.
I personally use UnHackMe + Advanced Anti Keylogger + antivirus/antispyware/firewall, but google for more.
