Rollback PLEASE

Yesterday 1st June 07 i brought a +8 cleaver for 300M and today it was gone from my Inn and i worked 3-4 months to get that money im shocked why the hacker did not take my chitin +5 full and +7 cleaver but i was sooo soo happy it was my happiest day yesterday when i grabbed and saw my character with the +8 cleaver i was very proud i worked hard to this part of the game and now.. its gone.

Is it possible to get a rollback to 1st June 07 and get back my +8 cleavers? please anybody can help i would be happy and it will be appreciated.. My game name is GuardianZz im from Pathos i could send username through pm to gm post here please..

I dont want to get you more deception but K2 wont do anything to help you. They dont roll back for the moment either do any investigation for lost items. It sucks but you will get used to it, ITS K2 .

Yeah, i lost full +8 chitins and MDs+8 WP Imir ring elf belt and other things and they said they could not help me, i asked for rollback and they said "we do not give rollbacks for lost items" or something llike that.
