Tpt ip match error

Hello guys,

Im trying to reach my old account, however for some reasons Im getting denied access when I am trying to log in. After I put my ID and PW and press confirm, it says "TPT IP MATCH" and I cannot log in to the account. I also dont know e-mail to this account.

1. any ideas what TPT IP MATCH stands for and what does it mean? /i think tpt means third party tool but its bullshit, never used one/
2. any ideas how can I get to account through my issue?

Are you using a shared internet network? Could it be anyone in it using illegal stuff? You or someone in the network either used a 3rd party tool but you said you didn't which only leaves one thing, it could be an error from the system itself detecting characters(if you have more than 1 character) using the same IP as an illegal program. You should probably format your computer and send a ticket about the account.
