Seal/Unseal dont work with platnium premium?

Does anyone else have the same problem ? i try to unseal my item and i have platnium premium it doesnt work either seal or unseal.

Yes but everytime i try it says Invalid Citizen Registry Number than it doesnt unseal.

i guess it might be cuz my seal code start and end with 0.

noting wrong with it, try reset it in the WEBTSITE

but my code doesnt have a 0 in it at all
