Did you upgrade your account's security? During account security upgrade it asks you for seal/unseal password... If you don't remember what you put then you must send a support ticket to reset it with your full payment info.

if you created that account using game first, seal/unseal code they send to your email.

if your account is old and not remember the code, just send to support ticket + full payment, it takes a acouple of days but they will help you.
