Security module update has failed

Everytime i clicks start,a error coming -

The game security module has failed [00010001:800c0006]

what i need to do to fix that?:/


also i reinstalled it,and it didnt download ANY patch but it wrote "completed..."

run > cmd > ipconfig /flushdns spam it :X
