server list and into window not popping up... please help!

Well this isnt really an xtrap probelm(i think) but i coudlnt find anywhere elese to post but... i launch ko fine i type in my login press ok it dispears and the introduction window is suppose to pop up then you press ok and server list comes.... but the intro window dont pop up it just goes blank and im looking at the background.... i watied up to 30 mins and nothing happned can anyone please help me.
