Yeah, the launcher is screwed up for me too. It sits on the "checking verison and preparing to launch game" stage :angry:.

Try this out, it bypasses the launcher, but NOT xtrap. Worked for me though.

Keep restarting ur PC, keep repairing your internet connectoins, and keep flushing your dns, and it hopefully will work one day -.-. I DCed and i have the Xcrap problem too right now. Fuck, 10% tnl, how the hell can i lvl like this.
