Slow internet

Since today, my ko laggs very much, and my internet connection is low.
I dodn't have this before, but now i get 3-6 seconds lag.
Can anyone help me fix this pls?
(Wireless around 24,0-36,0 Mbps)
On another network at another place, i have max 11 Mbps and then there is no lag :s

u have securded network?(stupid question ,but :P ) Myabe some1 pin his comp to your netowrk, and he is downloading lots of stuff etc.
