after login with ID nothing happens Help requested

Its really hard to not get an error or login server failed to connect on the launcher
and when I do get in I enter ID + pass then the ID + pass menu disapears and I get the lady on the horse screen ^^
nothing happens OR I get [10060] failed to connect.
about 20 min b4 I was in selected server and I get non-prem not allowed to login...

servers are getting offline and online randomly , when u got into the game (id/pw screen) they might be on and after putting ur id/pw they went off, or just busy , lagged, k2ed...
