Abnormal memory bug

i got this bug and i ty to einstal the game and to turn of me anti-virus but its dosent work :S ... help me plz

download SpyBot SD( Search and Destroy ) malware & spyware remover program, install it, update it, and run a entire scan to your hard disk, repair stuff, reboot on safe mode ( press F8 when u see BIOS MENU ) boot under SAFE mode, and run it again. Reboot and u should be abble to play.

I just turned of my anti-virus and it worked, I had Norman anti-virus.
And be sure that the WHOLE ANTI-VIRUS ARE SHUTTET DOWN!
wich anti-virus do you have?
