something really weird

ya um i just installed KO again because i earased my computer

and everytime i press start and it goes to step 3 and goes to a black screen.

but then it says
"cant create D3D devise, plz check xdirect or diplay card driver
i have no idea what to do

any1 know what to do?

when i go to properties and go to advanced settings and look in adapter my memory size is unavaible

how do i make it avaible?
