Need help picking out a good/great gaming pc

Basicly I wana play online(not just ko) with no lag problems, I wana be able to play ko while recording fraps.
so i need your help to help me pick out a computer , for example links from tigerdirect would be nice or stuff like that etc etc..

If you know how to build a computer this is fine. Also if you just read the manuals and handle the electronics properly then it should be no problem. Also this one comes to about your price range just for the PC. The monitor/software etc you need to buy on your own or use some of the stuff off older computer.
