SteamKO purchasing issues

I have already used my credit card to buy KC for myself and a two other friends on SteamKo. After about a week or so I wanted to get more KC. However, my purchase attempts kept failing. I have already filed a ticket to Steam support. I kept getting the following message when attempting to purchase KC: "An unexpected error has occurred. Your purchase has not been completed. Please contact Steam Support." If anyone has a solution or might know why this is happening, be kind enough to let me know.

PS: My credit card works fine with other transactions.

I'll just say that you shouldn't try too many times.I did the same thing.It wouldn't accept my card so i kept trying and trying.And I got my account trade banned for fraudulent activity,and after contacting steam they said they will keep the ban for 3 months,just in case.So trust me,stop trying,contact steam and hope they help you resolve it.

SteamKO put a limit on the amount of KC you can purchase every 30 days.

If you account is "trusted" - meaning it has had a successful transaction on there and it's been at least 30 days since then - then I believe the limit is around 600$
If your account is not trusted, it's about $90.

You've probably hit your limit.
