Stuck at 99% OBJECT EFFECT

I recently re-formated my computer. But now I often get stuck at 99% object effect.
Sometimes it works, but usually not. I never had this problem at this computer before I refomatted.

512RAM
3GHZ
windows xp

Oh and I get dced in moradon.. ALWAYS..

i had this issue today too since the latest patch
my ko was loading slow as hell and then finally when i logged i got instant dc
i just reinstalled game and it works

Ok, did you install the fast loading patch? Before and after you reinstalled?
I did, but before the fast loading it got stuck at 99% character data.

I installed fast loading few weeks before, now after reinstal i didnt do it.

Maybe turn off your anti-virus.

Use to happen to me too, I turned some settings in Norton runs fine now.

Wierd enough, yeah
I'm using Symantec and I just disable "file system realtime protection" and turn it back on when I'm in.

NORTON = VIRUS

Norton is the most terrible AntiVirus in the history, uses too much CPU and slows down your computer + It'll pick up on everything.... But people use it because it's famous.. It's Norton after all.. (Yeah right...)
