I had this same problem on an older laptop of mine... I just used the printscreen key and copy/pasted it into paint then saved it. It is an annoying way to doit but I couldent figure out another way.

yeah i had the same issue on my LapTop.

try every fuking button on ur keybord.. any1 of them do a SS.. i got like 10 ScreenShots on my laptop but i dont know how i made them lol..

U guys should have a Fn (Function key - with a different color, like blue, green or orange) then u'll have to press it with the - from the numeric keypad (at the right side of the keyboard - it's printed in the same color as the Fn key).

In my european laptop it's Fn + ç (char imediatly to the right of L key).
