Did you ever do that skillbar thing for the registry by any chance?

Might still be in Deny Mode.

You could try deleting the registry entries for KO then relaunch KO and setup your skill bars again. Either that or reinstall, registry entries are quicker.

OK. Rather than going through pissing about with permissions as it's a fart on it's easier removing the registry entry and relaunching KO then spending 2 mins setting up skillbar.

I'm assuming your using XP here so it may differ slightly

1 - Click start - run and type regedit then press enter on your keyboard
    (If it's Vista, I think it's start - run a program command)
2 - When registry editor opens up. Go to HKEY_Local_Machine
    3 - Go to Software
4 - Look for a folder called KnightOnline
5 - When you find it, right click the folder and select Delete - choose yes to the warning

When the folder is deleted. Relaunch KO and try again, if that fails try reinstall
