EUKO dc fix?

Everytime i log in to EUKO, it takes like a second then my char gets dc. Is there a particular server that works for usko? or what? i heard that you dont need a proxy anymore because the EUKO servers dont prohibit US ip's... If anyone knows what is going on, pleassseeeeee tell me. Im dying to play this.
