everytime i get connected to internet something is being crazy downloaded all the time, tho active programs are not updating, accually im doing nothing at all. checked with different anti-spyware software - seems i have no keyloggers etc. so im thinking, is there any program tracking utility that can track which exact programs are using internet acess at the time?
DOwnload zone alarm immediately, IMMEDIATELY. Install it and it probably will ask you to allow or deny a program access, if you don't know the program then deny and check that box to alway deny.
i forgot to tell i got that already
do you have a virus protector or a fire wall? ,, what have you installed recently.?
