Low FPS with a HIGH end computer...

I posted in Tech support, but not many people look there. Surely im not the first person that has ever had this happen. I have a AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core Processor (3.6 GHz) with 8 gig of ram. 64 bit windows 7 system. With a NVIDIA GeForce GT 520 graphics card... driver is dated at 10/2/2012 meaning it is up to date. Does ANYONE have any ideas? I used to have 120 FPS on kol, and now I have 7-10... I have no clue what is going on. I even disabled firewall and security and nothing has worked... Any help would be awesome. Thanks..

Yes I did, hence why I deleted the old thread. And even if I didn't it wouldn't matter, there are sections for a reason.

GT 520 is not a card for gaming...

how so? I get gg fps on private servers and any other game than ko. Im pretty sure its the new patch that ko has. Idk how, but its affecting my framerate...

i got the same problem for any reason, but it just happend when "1927" patch came out.. so I think thats the problem.
I'm not able to play since a few weeks now -.-' Hope next patch will fix this problem..
