I recently upgraded from 1gb to 2gb ram. The problem is that the system only recognizes 1.5gb ram.
Im running Windows 7 on quite an old PC (5-7 years old) with a few upgrades along the way like a GFX card, PSU and RAM's

I hope this all helps with diagnosing whatever is causing this problem.
Could it be my GFX card? Having said that, my GFX card did not take any RAM away when i was using WinXP professional sp3.
