Upgrading Smite Hammer fails

The items required for upgrade do not match ?

I've already unlocked it with a BES and have more than 500k in my inventory, but when I try to upgrade it keeps failing with that message

Any ideas

I have the same problem as you.
After searching on google/forums I found another ppl who got this fail too.
It should be fixed as soon as possible.

Yey for bugs, works fine with Glacier erenion, so something to do with smite i think

its bugged.. can't go over +1.. and i think that personal mace of priest is also bugged (a friend of mine couldn't make it higher then +1)

Not so simple.

Smite hammers, Lycoan Hammers, Lobo Hammers, Lupus Hammers, Priest Maces, Personal Maces, Leonars, Dragon tooth hammer, Holy Animor, Skull Hammer, Stone Splitter, Priest Bone Crasher, Priest Breaker, Priest Cracker, Priest Hacker, Priest Impact, Priest Mace, Priest Maul, Priest Morning Start, Priest Spike Club, Priest War Hammer.

All those weapons belong in Forgotten Frontiers with current properties not chaos expansion. This causes bugs like they dont upgrade. So all need reclassification to chaos expansion. Where they will be "priest maces". Only usable in right hand. Upgradable. And AP based on combined Intellegence stat.
