this is a good advice but even when i got this problem sometimes i still have it w/o any anti-virus or firewall or anything running ... so why bothering trying to solve it when u can have it with a simple download :s

Always think about plan B. And i have seen some posts that the manual download was not working with them. And what will happen if this site stop one day ?
