usko site bugged

i opened my ID through the website go to my account then change password write my old password to send me message.

after that the site give me a message saying please check your inbox to continue changing password

i got to my email checked it but nothing came i thought this is just an i try more and more and more got the same result.

I had to format my PC and now i cannot download freaking USKO client... It`s asking me for account and i registred >>> nothing showed up on my e-mail 5 days (still waiting)
