cant get on knight online.. [EUKO]

hi guys, so i am having trouble getting on knight online as title says... so when i load up the launcher and hit start, the game comes up as normal but then there is a black screen and this appears on this screen:when i hit the cross or OK it closes.. along with knight online and it keeps doing this, even tried re-installing and stuff but still like this and been like this for about 3 days now. Please guys could u try and help me out and let me know what to do. really getting annoyed with this
