From Portugal, server Cypher having same issue too.. after trying everything else i decided to reinstall and even the patches are taking forever to download, 1511 has been siting at 1/3 for last 5minutes..

knightonlineworld.com and the official forums also take forever to load or dont load at all so cant send support tickets and to download the game i had to ask a friend to open website and get me the download link cuz i cant even go that far >.<

in-game i get horrible lag and dc after few mins(seconds >.<)

must be an in game issue, id just check after server restart every other day or so to see if the lag stopped hope it gets fixed up soon poor simon

I&#39;m from Israel and i got the same problem, when i check my ping to diez1 i get around 200 and it&#39;s suppose to be normal so i send a CS ticket and that&#39;s what they said :

talked to costumer suport from my DSL operator
(portugal btw)
and it seams that there was some changes made in the internacional "code"
and alote of DSL are having problems in some connections...
they are already working in this but they dont know when its going to be fixed..

till then...
well sit and wait!
or change to cable ^^
