If you need any information about my computer or any settings, then just ask me for it.

Btw, I uninstalled my Messenger and it will no longer let me install it again. (Couldnt fall asleep for 2 hours, decided to check it out)

i solved it by going first to this site: http://www.speedguide.net/downloads.php and d/l SG TCP Optimizer
then when u open it go to largest mtu
type a internet site u use and press the button it will give a mtu numer usualy between the 1 and 2k
now go to the general settings and press the button custom settings right lower corner
now u choose your networkadapter and set the mtu to the amount that u had acuired by the largest mtu part
shut down antivirus and firewall after u restarted your pc

Messenger live is rubbish sadly.(it makes a mess of your HDD with its sharing folder)
Download Pidgin, its universal(meaning it can run AIM, yahoo, msn and others) and is small and unobtrusive.

yup, it's made by microsoft, so after a good bitchslap in th eface it usually works.

also, try to download an older version, install it and when it says that there is a newer version available press ok to download and install the newer version. it might works that way.
