website login wrong?
when I want to try to login on the website with my character, it gives me each time the message wrong info etc, but I can login ingame np with it, how does this come?and can it be solved.
it sucks ESPECIALLY since I submitted a nation transfer request and its ready, BUT I CAN'T LOGIN TO THE DAMN WEBSITE!
if someone knows how to solve this, would be appreciated!
big and small letter important on website.
uhm I wouldn't know which letters would be big and small :S
its a random reset pw from a while ago, do those contain both big and small letters?
in random pws i think all letter r big, not sure tho..
hmm I just figured out that the big or small letters do make a difference like you said, only problem is that this pw has 5 letters in it, so thats alot of guessing :S
