Weird consistant lag spikes? (Ares)

Anyone else having issues with lag that seems to be about every 2 minutes and last for about 10 seconds? It is very regular and consistent.

hmm either ur network or it could be ur computer.. when i leave my computer on with ko / other programs running for 1 - 2 weeks st8 it lags me out.. but only with ko.. i can browse internet normally but in ko i'll get lag =(

If by any chance your running a laptop it means your having overheating problems and need a dual cooling fan pad.
