I Start loading good then when it gets to information it goes really fast to information(3) then i automaticly get dcd i reinstalled it once and it worked for like 2 days

Does it take you several minutes to load the game? Maybe the fast loading patch will help you.
Generally speaking at the "Loading Information" ones you are sooo close to logging in, that's just the game getting the information about what is in the area around your character when you login.
