When ko changed to fire drake

Well im not sure if i can get any help but it's worth a try. When KE changed to FireDrake i lost my Glave+8 and chitin gaunlet+7(warrior) im not a premium user so if i send a complaint will i get help...i want to get my items back but dunno how.. any help ? ty

Yea during the change i lost all my armour, necklace, weapons and all my silver bars + money, i havent recieved nothing yet,
