windows error after few seconds

hi guys...

i got a new problem on ko.

i can log the game, load my chars but after few seconds there is a windows error and it quits ko.

i got the problem on pc with win7 aswell as on laptop.

tryed without antivir too... same problem.

any idea what i can do to play?

seems to be an server problem on c-west 1

well i never got windows error, can yo write what does it say in error?
