get in touch with K2 and Click and buy (Call Click and buy get straight information)

Then goto his bank and tell them whats happened. So they can deal with getting him the money back.

why dont u check if the money gets deducted first time and send support ticket if they took ur money and u didn't recieve ur prem

i still dont know why ppl spam it and then realize they lost all the money

also, ppl have had trouble buying prem in the newer servers


probaly happened to me 90% of time when i bought prem, like Mike said send support ticket

That did that to me i just used a differnet credit card and it worked it kept going back to the pop up where it says We dont take Visa or MC gift cards. But i used a different credit card and it worked

I always use credit card from in game PUS, and have had the probelm for 6+months of premium not being insant but has usually only taken 2-3 days to get CS to add it....now 10th day :S ...seems to only be on newer servers also

Me and a friend also had this issue recently, still not fixed.
He bought on Fed 2nd, escalated the ticket right away and still hasnt received anything.
I bought today, though the site is down, and maybe that has something to do with mine not going through.. I can only hope, but will likely end up waiting.. sigh..
