Can't log on to KO

Keep getting 'Login Server Connection Failed'.

I've just formatted and re-installed KO.

I'm running Win Xp and am fully updated.Ports are all open and i've tried running KO with NO firewall or Anti-Virus stuff even installed.

It's like the launcher isn't even trying to connect online......

I have just installed a few other games( GW+D2) they work just fine.

Dsl. No issues with ports etc.

Couldn't be an IP ban of some kind could it??

When I start KO my firewall shows no activity of any kind from the launcher.
