big negative still does the same thing. i can do everything just fine: elite club tab, choose prem i want, choose credit card from drop down menu, then i click continue and it sits on that page 1-3 mins, then next thing i see is the above picture that i posted. a fucking q

Yea, I don't really have any other ideas regarding this based on my experience with the PUS.

Stupid question...are you at least level 25 on the character you're trying to access the power up store with?
