"No such registred id"

I changed my psw last night cuz some items were missing and now when i try to login to ko (was last night aswell right after psw change) it sais: No such registred ID as if i miss speled my acc name, i know it's not ban cuz i am a clan leader and people are still in my clan.
what to do?

if ur pw is longer than 12 chars , write ONLY the first 12 chars...
