I wanna open account there but before that i wanna ask some questions :

1) i'll losse money every month becuse i have account in this company?

2) this is safe company?

3) if i sold something how much days i've to wait for safe money ? ( i mean some people buy items and chargeback , so how many days i've to wait ? )

You will only lose a small percentage of money when you make a transaction.
Yes Paypal is definitely safe.
Chargeback can be up to 6 months i think, not too sure on that one.
