How do I add a G1 account to existing KO account?

I have an existing KO account but whenever i try to add my g1 account to it when i click on the link in MyKOL https://www.gamersfirst.com/game_accounts.php it says page cannot be displayed, been saying this for weeks now. is there any other way i can add a g1 account to my ko account?

is the account new?
because new accounts have automated g1 accounts made for them same as login for game when u make a new account and u can not add an account that has ben linked to one g1 account to another.
