alright i logged into ko and my vent got shot WAY off to the right of the screen and i cant pull it back ...

change the resolution size on your desktop, maybe if your lucky you will be able to pull it back. gl
Or check if you have duel Moniter Capabilty and Try that, Disable it if you do may help to pull it back,
