Xcrap problem

When i start game the litle xtrap window open and keep "Initializing.....Step 1" for like 3 mins and after i get this msg:
"Xtrap engine update has been filed,please restart the game."
If anyone know what can i go to fix i apreciate,

Me toooooh! But heres a way for you guys maybe it will work but it didnt work for me: Go in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc then grab the file called "host" and put it on ur desktop. Restart ko, and its "supposed" to work. Thats what ppl said to me. Other thing is flush dns. Go in command and type ipconfig /flushdns. Repeat it many times. And finly, the one that i had to try in last case, reinstall game but it didnt work for me!!!

That is really dumb solution.. <_<
You don&#39;t just go to system root and grab some file and put it on the desktop. You don&#39;t even know what the file does..

we tried all the know things like:
- all ipconfig commands
- edit hosts file, like post above
- delete x-crap files
- reinstall ko
keep getting this mensage:

X-Crap engine updat has been failed. PLs, restart the game.

the problem affected most of brazilian people and i/we know the problem isnt with xtrap...
i believe that who use a dsl is having this problem.. maybe.
