I encountered exactly the same problem; abnormal memory detected. Neither do you need to download new files nor delete any files, its actually very simple. The following way works for me:

1.) Go to task manager (ctrl alt del)
2.) End every single task including any types of updates
3.) Login KO again.

I guess xtrap wants to make sure that when you are login to KO, no other task is running so as to prevent koxp or whatsoever. Anyway hope this will help everybody.

* Just a piece of advice: never download any files from strangers, you never know when a keylogger is placed in that file. That is why some people got hacked even though they never give their id/password to anybody.
