Tried re-installing the game? - Re-installing the game to a different directory? Email customer support?
I dont know it sounds like a local problem though so it must be something with your pc. When windows boots up bring up task manager and shut all the programs/processes you dont need for KO.

I can not contact customer support because I can't log on main site.... error too many tried, wrong info or something like that.
