That's what the guy posted .. but anyway i cant confirm if this thing is legal or not, just took it from the guy.
alright guys heres the Deal
if you guys didn't realise the IP address goes with the Web Address next to it.

if you want to know something type the address into a internet browser or you can try to ping the address.

eg. go to your command promt where you would normally type ipconfig/flushdns (not to mention the many other useful tools it has).

type ping xtrap.knightonlineworld.com and it will show you
QUOTE

C:\Documents and Settings\Cary>ping xtrapdev.knightonlineworld.com

Preparation:
The reverse DNS entry for an IP is found by reversing the IP, adding it to "in-addr.arpa", and looking up the PTR record.
So, the reverse DNS entry for 4.79.218.32 is found by looking up the PTR record for
32.218.79.4.in-addr.arpa.
All DNS requests start by asking the root servers, and they let us know what to do next.
See How Reverse DNS Lookups Work for more information.

How I am searching:
Asking d.root-servers.net for 32.218.79.4.in-addr.arpa PTR record:
d.root-servers.net says to go to ns1.level3.net. (zone: 4.in-addr.arpa.)
Asking ns1.level3.net. for 32.218.79.4.in-addr.arpa PTR record: Reports that no PTR records exist [from 209.244.0.1].

Answer:
No PTR records exist for 4.79.218.32. [Neg TTL=3600 seconds]

Details:
ns1.level3.net. (an authoritative nameserver for 79.4.in-addr.arpa., which is in charge of the reverse DNS for 4.79.218.32)
says that there are no PTR records for 4.79.218.32.

To get reverse DNS set up for 4.79.218.32, you need to speak to your Internet provider. You could also
check with [email protected]., who is in charge of the 79.4.in-addr.arpa. zone.

Note that all Internet accessible hosts are expected to have a reverse DNS entry (per RFC1912 2.1),
and many mailservers (such as AOL) will likely block E-mail from mailservers with no reverse DNS entry.
To see the reverse DNS traversal, to make sure that all DNS servers are reporting the correct results, you can Click Here.

-------------------

Rampage is seeing the correct IP address when he does that ping BECAUSE he changed the hosts file.

The server he is telling you to go to ISNT REGISTERED ON THE INTERNET.

- dont have any credits for this.
ok to fix Xtrap

Open My Computer

go to the Address

C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc (may be different if you customised your installation or installed windows to a different Drive)

Find a File Called Hosts (it has no Extention)

Open it with Notepad or Wordpad

it will look like
QUOTE
# Copyright © 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

127.0.0.1 localhost
you must add to the bottom

4.79.218.32 xtrap.knightonlineworld.com
4.79.218.32 xtrapdev.knightonlineworld.com

after that it will look like
