I cant log on the nr. 3 Servers?

When I click on the nr 3 server no matter which 1

I get connecting. please wait............
and 10 minutes later I still have connecting please wait.
I also see that almost all nr.3 servers are half full. (strange....)

ya ive tried that like 20 times...got nothing out of it...i did bunch other crap...deleted the datax10 thing from xtrap n flushdns everything
