i heard zrips was twitching and he could heal and run
i heard wampirella twiched back in the day

just see when they're moving... they move like this-

1) speed of light feet
2) their legs kind of cross each other everytime they "twitch" to make them move faster so it looks like they're dancing and speeding up

realy wanted to fraps him doing it <_<
